Damn what went wrong.?

Jboss upgrade, Jenkins, Arquillian and firewall rules. And no possibility to change something for me as the Scrum master. Everything is carved in stone by a new dev ops team our old team was in the same open space. The new one is behind a jira ticket wall on the other side of the country.
It's so awful when you have to fight the organization instead of building value. The team only tried to debug everything.
