I am moving way to fast in that direction...
I am a student, and I have something like a internship even if I am the whole software team, in next month I want to take other interns 😁
I think my first office politic will be "I read everything, and everything is considered not tested until I say so".
I hope it will change when I will met the "interns"
I am learning soooo much "working" here, like doing an extra degree while studying at the uni.
Life is good when you're responsible only for your task, code you write.
While i had souch a beautiful life, I could come to wrk, make coffe, magic and be happy. Sometimes it would be fast, sometimes slow. Sometimes I had to learn before implementing, sometimes I just needed to code it down. I had working hours. I had only TL and client to deal with.
If you dislike working with your collegues, imagine being responsible for their work and feel good.
