Is this devrant or feelsorryformerant. If you're struggling with mental issues do this:

0. Stop watching the news and other negative garbage.
1. Remove shit people from your life. Just stop answering their calls or tell them you're busy with work/family/whatever.
2. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Weights and running.
3. Meditate every single day for at least 5 minutes. Mindfulness will help you let go of thoughts.
4. Start looking for a new job if you hate the one you're in, or try starting a side business.
5. Do things that make you uncomfortable. Complete small challenges every day.
6. Find your passion and do it even if only for a short amount of time every day.
7. Stop using desktop Linux.

    Why 7 ?
    If I'd use Windows as my daily driver, my depressio-level would go through the roof.

    I should also add to watch what you eat. Try and limit alcohol, pop, and other junk foods.

    if only a fucking day had enough hours to do these advised tasks. sorry if i sound offensive but if you don't have a family and a 40+ hours job you don't know shit

    @vane yes! Also, take care of your personal hygiene. Showers feel great, and so does brushing your teeth.
