if you dont hire juniors, you dont deserve seniors

    Whats funny is that every time I do a job search for Junior Developer It comes up with a bunch of senior positions with something about mentoring juniors in the job description. No Junior positions though...

    @import-fun this is what my current company does. Till now we have never hired a senior.

    The right ratio usually ranges from something between 2-5 juniors for every senior. Anything more or less is economically wasteful.
