You can not set it to 'prn' in the folder name in windows os.

    Nor you can use CON or any port name like LPT1 or COM1. Those are legacy device files, carried over from old MS-DOS times. PRN was the device file corresponding to the connected printer, and CON represents stdin/stdout.

    @ethernetzero how about via cmd / powershell?

    In win7 you can't rename a folder to begin with a dot ("You must type a filename"), but cmd happily obliges.
