retoor931423hHuh? 50 people, what's the problem? I'm a small company you do matter and people care about you. You have much to say. But it's harder work since they notice your performance. I prefer such companies by now.

D-4got10-01155916h@retoor Yup. I do prefer the smaller ones, too. More lax security, too. They allow to use personal hardware, don't pat you down or force to go through a metal detector security checkpoint thing etc.
OT: I'd definitely research the company beforehand, like the ability to pay the salary on time, working environment etc.
Those could be problematic factors. -
UberSalt36914h@D-4got10-01 I sent a follow request to a dude who's been working there for two and a half years, he accepted but hasn't replied to my message about the company yet so let's see..

UberSalt36914h@retoor Well it's kind of the same where I work right now, just the salary is not meeting my expectations and it's a big company, although it's not doing very well financially at the moment...so maybe I should try something new, been with my current company for nearly 4.5 years now though so it will take some time to adapt

BordedDev206912h@UberSalt Bigger than some companies I've worked for, but I'd definitely go for it, but do your sanity checks of course

practiseSafeHex14I GOT A JOB OFFER!!! IM OUT OF THIS FUCKING HELLHOLE!!! 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
So I finally received a job offer...it's a much better salary BUT...small company, coporate office is currently a rented out home till the new location is ready, less than 50 people total, not sure how to feel about it to be honest, the offer is quite attractive though, might just take the plunge and hope we don't sink to the bottom.
