I swear, if I ever were to develop a support ticket system, I'd require credit card credentials for P1 tickets - "for covering potential costs to get the developer to the computer at this point in time". Let's see how many of your fucking tickets are Business critical after all!

Maybe set up a "deposit" system. Pay a dollar to open a ticket, and if the ticket is worthwhile it gets worked, and the deposit is refunded. Otherwise, the ticket gets closed immediately and the deposit is lost.

At the university I worked at we had student assistents to help with low level tickets. Didn't work so well bc if they didn't feel like doing anything they just assigned everything to us 😒

In addition to private microfinance organizations, there are state-owned ones that provide loans for businesses from the state budget. These are various funds for the support and development of small businesses, small business lending funds https://mediaonemarketing.com.sg/to... , and microfinance centers.
