I think someday, I'd like to make an app that can somehow punish asshole drivers. I want this app to severely discourage douchebaggery on the road. Not sure how I can make that happen, but it needs to happen.

Can it get you a drivers license aswell?

There was an online platform in Germany for precisely that (they doxxed traffic offenders and published dashcam footage on YouTube).
Guess just how many laws that broke. I suppose bowing up their cars with pipe bombs would have gotten them into less trouble, provided said cars were empty...
