My 2013 rMBP's battery just died at 56%, even though iStat reports that the health is still at 75%. May have to take it in to the shop for a new battery soon...

@Gregozor2121 In fairness to Apple, I got a flat rate repair back in 2012 that replaced everything except the monitor. But yeah, I hear you about the hostile stance on general repairability in recent years.

@Gregozor2121 I've had mine, 2015 model repaired after coffee spill (silly me). They cahnged battery, trackpad and keyboard for 500eur. Ofc, funny thing is that battery replacement only would cost the same as everything is just a one bundle :D

Mine is starting to get like that as well. A new battery costs about $70 US, so I’m going to replace it myself. And yes, Louis Rossmann is great, very amusing videos.
