If you are using Javascript as your main language .. what is your stack either front end or back end?

For me ... it is MEAN stack and currently I am trying to get into React/Redux/Node stack.

I usually go with Express, Handlebars, node-postgres, and whatever else I need for the backend. Or asp.net core mvc

For the front end it's usually either Bulma or Materialize for styling

I've recently tried expanding my horizons to Vue for the frontend since it looks really nice and all
