    aCtUalLy,,, apple juice without all the fibers is just a bunch of carbohydrates and is unhealthy

    @ananaszjoe

    Insoluble fibers cannot be digested by human body. The ones that are soluble are in your juice already!

    @Fjord what is a soluble fiber? apple juice has ten times lower fiber than raw apple

    @ananaszjoe

    The ones that dissolve in water? From school biology class if my memory serves me.

    @Fjord Just googled it and realized I received a subpar biology education :(

    I think tho that in the squeezed off 'dry part' of apple there would be a ton of soluble fiber trapped, not present in the juice. (bear in mind I'm a fucking layman wit mild curiosity)

    @ananaszjoe

    Soluble means it's in liquid phase, just squeeze harder :)

    @abdulmoniem

    You know that's only a statistical average of all types of apple? You normally only buy the type of apple you like, also its origin matters based on the type of soil and climate etc...

    @Fjord on average it will not differ that much.

    @abdulmoniem

    It actually differs a lot by the type of apple...think about one particular type is much sweater than another in general, the sugar contents in comparison making a huge difference
