I love opening emails in the morning and seeing “hey in 5h we will have a presentation about our project can you add 2 more features before that?”

"You'll need to open requests for these features, and you'll need to escalate to the director level to get them worked in the timeframe you want, and said director will have to swallow the responsibility for approving changes that won't be tested, or given enough time to be properly developed. That's exactly what I tell them. They want a feature right away, but they don't want responsibility for it ruining anything. It's dangerous living, and telling them they have to take it up with upper management to make it happen shuts them up pretty fast.
