Found this gem while I going through Salesforce Workbench's disclaimer.

    The last sentence is funny, but asking your non-IT customers to spam the open source community already doing the development for you is pretty bold imho

    Workbench is an unusual one - Salesforce *heavily* endorse it in their trailheads and in other material, but are very quick to distance themselves from it if anyone has an issues...

    @AlmondSauce I am not surprised. At times in Salesforce, things work, no explanation, things don't work, still no explanation.
    Not at all different when you start encountering similar problems in workbench, and well at times in the Developer Console as well.
