@Jilano the "Details" show the error code on the bottom.
I can't install it from Windows Update because checking for updates tells me the service isn't running. It is.
I can't even update to anything over IE8 because of this! -
@Parzi Welp, I guess you could always install from scratch with a new ISO (Service pack already included) if you really need to.
