@bnickles don’t do that, even without saving Excel can muck up a CSV file. Only use Notepad/Notepad++ or a pure text editor.

@bkwilliams I often use excel to populate sql insert script in a new col. works every time

@sunfishcc that’s fine if you are doing the insert via Excel. What will mess you up is using Excel as a UI for a CSV but doing the import/merge via another process.
CSV wouldn't import to database despite researching problem for the past hour. Fuck it I'm getting drunk
