All pages that run on php are deleted, backups too. Good luck with facebook and vital government sites.

All electronic devices that have run Windows explode: hospitals stop working, governments can’t do anything. Many companies are now without any computer. Millions of people die because they were close to an exploded computer or relied directly on them. Millions more die indirectly of this.
