    Correct. People confuse laziness with smart work.
    My point is if you actually are doing a smart work, great. You save time doing that. Perfect. Now use that time to do some more smart work.

    Most of the times "hard" means stupid manual work, and it is very inefficient.

    That phrase def means to work on relevant things efficiently instead of blind raw work with no aim.
