Start new job January 1st.

Insurance supposed to start on February 1st.

Due to "paperwork problems", insurance doesn't start until March 1st.

Informed of this on March 4th, when I receive insurance cards.

Insurance cards have the wrong name...can't use them.

I once got a job where:
    a) they paid minimum wage
    b) they offered you insurance, but were legally allowed to pay $1/hr less. So they did.
    c) insurance took six months to kick in. because that was the legal maximum.
    d) insurance cards came late, because of course.
    e) everyone was part of a union, and it was kinda mandatory if you wanted to keep your job, so you had to pay union dues.
    f) my manager was a bitch, wanted to fire me constantly, and hated Americans.

So I was making like $6 and change an hour when minimum wage was $8 something. I didn't stay long. I ended up getting my insurance cards long after I was no longer working there, so ofc could not use them.

    It was a great experience.
