Well you have dates, so you have proof like receipt or something that you have a visit for...
Unless now, if that employer asked if have health issues and u said no.
But if they are regular checkups they wouldn't mind u would still be I'm learning/adapting/probation but I'd go the path of mentioning them.
And don't think too much, you are being honest regardless if u told them now or later. -

Need some advice:
I got a job offer which I would love to start ASAP. However.. I have a 2 hospital dates one, 4th April and the other 13th May.
I am not sure what to tell the company. Should I be honest and say I got these 2 dates that I need to day off..or tell them about my first appointment and then later on in April tell them my appointment for May?
(This is my first job offer after graduation and I do not want the offer to then go away because if this..)
