With google, this person has already agreed to constantly share their location with you. I just want to make some sort of addition that would notify you when their location is updated, and it is different from their previous location.
How would you go about trying to make anything that would like connect to google maps, check the locations to those who have shared their locations with you, and notifies you when they start to move. It would have to constantly refresh their location on google maps.
