@AleCx04 My current position is application architect. my work involves lots of writing architecture documentations, reading documentations. I also participate in writing standards, decided which architecture to follow in a project, take design decisions. And a lot of meetings with people who know nothing about tech.
beside that, I know nodejs, angular, react, java spring, docker, travis ci, Jenkins...
On a serious note, what is the solution to this problem ? Leave and Join a smaller company ? Or give the boss ...
I am now looking for a new job. My current work environment is everything wrong with IT and more. And to be honest I learned a lot from that. I am looking for a position where I can participate in defining and healthy working culture in IT. Something that makes me worry about people not tools. To be honest I have no idea what position should I apply for. If you have an idea or a recommendation of what I should be looking for, that would be of great help.
