    You know.. I've been doing a "write down three good things every day" kind of thing for a few months now. It helps keep the positive vibes going. Maybe give it a go, if only for today? Helps you think about the little good things, you know 😁

    @Elyz @RantSomeWhere or just writing in general, I've found myself writing super negative stuff when in stream of consciousness mode then I just throw that paper away. It's really nice, helps get negativity out of your system.

    @irene then I find some. It can be really small things like "I took a nap in the middle of the afternoon" or "the weather was nice" as well. I rarely have three bigger nice things happen to me in the same day so it requires some creativity 😂
