How do you deal with having too much work on your back but still wanting to help people around you, because you know they are good people and trying their best but they also have too much work to do?

    Going to boss, making it clear to him that it's too much work, asking him what he considers priority. Work that list from top to bottom, and if stuff further down the list doesn't get done, so what.

    Offer to work 19 hr days 10 hrs for free, you know for the "good of the company" until you catch up.

    simple, I lie about my progress and help everyone anyway, then switch to maximum focus mode when I have the alone time and still finish on time while slowly going insane everytime I do this.
