@vocuzi it’s great for some basic element, then you can add in your own css skeleton and it’s good

I only hate people that overused or underused bootstrap

I wouldn't do anything with Bootstrap. If anything is go for Bulma.

Skeleton, if you want something reeeeally barebones. It's so simple that even *I* managed to do something useful with it, I also found it easy to edit Skeleton's source to do what I wanted.

Semantic ui, bulma, bootstrap, material design, custom css. It's all pretty much the same and the data functionality of an analytics tool is the most important thing. The Google analytics ui is nice with material design but some basic functionality is definitely lacking.
