Assuming you're serious, Good luck! Read as many books on administration as you can, try to further educate yourself on the topic of administration and computers in general. Also never, never, never, n e v e r fuck with computers that are not yours. You'll get fired instantly. Try to stay good enough for your job, there are probably always better people than oneself. Don't fuck it up.

Ah the new generation has become so soft. I was lead software engineer at 12 back at my age. The secret is in the firm handshake. Then they will respect you regardless of age.

...at 13 years old company that doesn't have a system to administrate.

It's a small company and they are a hosting service, I just have to be sure their nodes are not crashing

And in case they crash I have to boot them up, and do some things them

@h3kt1c0 Sounds like one Nagios job. :) You can write some auto-reboot scripts and in those rare cases when the scripts fail ping your phone or something similar... scratch your balls the rest of the week. Dream job.

No child labour laws? Are you the only one that can boot crashing nodes? If you are, they shouldn't be putting all of that pressure on you.

Well, there’s sysadmins, then there’s sysadmins.
