It has to be Keybase.

It is exactly what I need - A secure yet practical cloud storage, where only you own the crypto key, with the added bonus of maintaining a blockchain-based identity online, with proof system and all.
Also has a secure PKI-Based E2E chat when I want to talk to someone about something I don't want the general government to necessarily know.

Definitely recommend the service! Even with the odd decision to include an option of a Lumen crypto wallet or whatever, you can just ignore that feature if you're not into it and it doesn't slow you down.

It's very cool with public proofs of authentication, public encryption services for any receiver, built in encrypted file system, built in encrypted git repo store, exploding chat messages (only valid for a specified time), team chat, team file system, team git repos, private files, public files, auth trail for Keybase keys on multiple devices and other locations, such as paper keys.

Apart from the fact they are giving away "$100m worth" of crypto. Guess what that crypto is gonna be worth now? Nothing. That's just economics. FFS! This, imo, is not an acceptable marketing strategy. You cannot just fuck over a whole online economy to get people to join your service.
