@Parzi I refrained from mentioning why someone would perform the action when defining it. Any assumptions about the purposes of the person or persons performing said action are the responsibility of the person making them and I take no credit for any veracity or lack thereof.

@powerfulparadox the "why" in your definition is the part about vuln snooping, lol

@Parzi I consider that part of the what, albeit an optional one. One can wardrive without vuln snooping, yes, but one can also do so with it. I wanted my definition to be broad enough to not be only partially inaccurate while leaving motivations outside. (My use of and/or was hat I hoped would convey this. Clearly I failed, probably because I was too lazy to spend the extra time to word it better.)
