Beginning of semester in courses with group projects.
It's that time of the year again where you look around in the lecture and try to find the person that least likely makes your whole semester a misery.

9/10 I fail to pick wisely, do most of the work myself and have to explain to the group that even though we got a good grade, we are not friends now, did not work great together and won't ever again work together. And then they think I am the jerk.

I managed to do. many projects with friends, I know that are good, but I had a few with others which failed miserably.
First Java web application: About a month in one has not commited a single line, one failed to create a jsp file that works (without any dynamic content) and one straight up said he gives up and wom't do anything.
