Goals, "debug all test issues in time"
WTF, when I started this recently there were close to 200 issues because this was never tested, I've got it down to a little over a hundred, define "all" and "in time".

Not sure if I should say something or just let the numbers speak whenever wishful thinking meets reality.

Maybe I'm just very touchy.

If you want your performance evaluation to be meaningful, you should speak up about this early to try and have it fixed.

Goals should be clear and unambiguous, measurable (or atleast observable), and most of all, achievable. A performance evaluation based on goals that do not meet the above criteria is useless, and will help neither you nor your company.
