I've used ngrok since it's earlier days when it was free to use. Now it's hard to use ngrok for certain use cases. And it is very slow for parallel calls. So I started working on my own ngrok implementation from scratch using QUIC as the communication protocol between the exposed server and the tunneling client. The project is very new as the QUIC library I'm using is not that mature, yet I'm getting good results. It is very easy to setup.
