Insecurities poping up. Maybe because i am unemployed since this month

In between jobs I kept a spreadsheet with all the people/ companies I was in contact with for my next one. Keeping track of when you spoke with someone, what the status was e.g. first time contact, set up interview, etc. helped to keep me hopeful and know that what I had to offer had some meaning and value.

@ben85ts i am keeping track of it using gmail inbuilt labeling and colouring. But as you said spreadsheeting is like another level.
But i wonder how it is gonna affect the future endeavours
