How to deal with a tech illiterate Karen-type client who uses tech related words even she/he don't even understand them?

Explain that they mean something entirely different. If the client doesn't accept that, point out that you're the expert because you can do the job while the client can't - which is why the client hands out the job in the first place.

If that doesn't work either, fire the client. It would make you losses anyway because the client would try to micro-manage you, which would mean a lot more work for a much worse result.

You could start to make up your own words and see if they notice. :-)

Or you might regret it when everyone else starts to use your words, and then someone tries to explain to you what it means !
