How to deal with a tech illiterate Karen-type client who uses tech related words even she/he don't even understand them?

Explain that they mean something entirely different. If the client doesn't accept that, point out that you're the expert because you can do the job while the client can't - which is why the client hands out the job in the first place.

If that doesn't work either, fire the client. It would make you losses anyway because the client would try to micro-manage you, which would mean a lot more work for a much worse result.
