    "standard process".

    A coding challenge is by far off the standard. The standard is "do you do X?" "Yes." "K. Thanks for coming we might write you in 4 weeks."

    Imo you can be lucky if you have to do a test, so you know you're there because you're good at problem solving and not because they desperately need people.

    @nitwhiz standard here basically
    - give applicants hacker rank coding challenges
    - sort applicants by university (which is fucking unfair and why i was rejected in many companies)
    - filter out applicants with no experience (which sucks for fresh grads)
    - out of the remaining result set, filter out applicants who ddnt have all test cases on their hacker rank tests right
    - call the remaining result set for interviews

    @sleek now that's really shitty.

    @ whoever reviews my accidental report, yes, i missclicked twice because since fucken when is "yes" on the right side. Confirmation dialogs should have YES on the left and NO on the right. Good left, bad right. I mean "reply" is on the left side too.
