I just had a non-paying customer call me useless a total of 5 times in a support ticket.

Banning them from all of my apps might be worth a bad review.

    "HAVE I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTIONS SATISFACTORILY AND OFFERED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?!"

    Just transfer him to your manager (indefinite hold), then start modifying his data on the server to torture him. Send him hourly password reset requests, etc etc.

    @SortOfTested it’s my company so I am the manager 😂

    @rutee07 yes, that’s all I ask

    @fyroc
    Exactly, manager is permanent hold :)

    Non constructive support requests cannot be handled in a conductive manor. Inappropriate behaviour will result in a ban. <- warn first than kill them with 🔥

    It should be in your terms of service anyway that you hold the rights to do so. If you do get a bad review respond accordingly. That is more important than one bad review. How a complained is more important. Especially when other reviews say response from dev is awesome.

    Dude, just offer them a full refund already ;)

    They continued to be rude, so I politely pointed them to my competitors app and told them their app will be much more useful to them.

    I did this to cause my competitor pain as well as knowing my competitor does not respond to support tickets hardly at all.

    @hjk101 I’m going to add this in the future. “Any abuse of support services will result in removal of all services without refund.” Or something similar
