Worked for a couple of years at this company.
I have been set to solve some of the most excruciating issues (that nobody even wanted to hear about) in regards to many technologies.
This has resulted in little development experience, a lot of frustrations (even damage to my health), and low performance (at least from the manager's perspective)
Now I have to learn another useless technology and then maybe I will be allowed to continue working there - BUT at least this one is will allow me to do actual development.
What would you do? Stay or find another job?
To me it feels that this is not what a future hopefully competent developer should be doing.

    Team structure: every person by himself in a single person team
    Position: part-time developer (since I'm still in uni)

    Damage to your health == line crossed.

    Especially as a part time.

    @WeAreMany Damage to my health was a result of amount of frustrations with no aid whatsoever.
    I hope I became imune to ever getting frustrated after all that.

    I'd start looking elsewhere, sounds like you're pretty under appreciated. If you really were performing that badly they should be firing you.

    Find somewhere a little bit larger if you can with people you can learn off. If development is what you want to do, find somewhere that will let you do it :)

    Everyone has risks associated with moving jobs etc, weigh them up as you need to.

    @gitstashio there is no immunity to that. At some point, you can deal with it because you have enough experience but it'll always catch up.

    My own opinion would be to gtfo when you secure a new job (before you go into burn/bore-out.
