PMs... be wary working for sales people. They are are really good at getting you to say "Yes" to a simple project, then piling on new scope as an "upsell".

It's a skill in their domain. It's a trap in ours.

    PMs can pushback if they want. There's always the contract to go back to. In my experience, there are weak PMs who are scared to pushback client requests and those who are smart, they accomodate the requests but trigger creating the necessary change requests to append to the contract.

    Sales people are a blight.
    They should be cut and burned on sight.
