A week or so off work and delving really hard into one of my hobbies that doesn't deal with programming helps immensely. I like painting miniatures, gets me away from a screen and let's me nitpick on something else.

@Creep ironically no, I don't have any friends IRL, so I can't play any games. I just really like painting minis. I mainly do 75mm and busts now. I used to do Warhammer stuff a lot.

@Creep yeah it is. There's some really sweet dnd minis out there. Dark sword has some cool models. And then when you get models and can print them artisan guild and TitanForge have some awesome themed releases each month which would be great for DND.

ddit6035yAlso take frequent walks (even if it's just around your house outside)
It helps divert your attention to things that are more than a meter in front of you -
iamfear5045yStop overthinking, try to do nothing. If you don’t live this, truth becomes a poison, if you hear truth and neglect it, that brings another contradiction in life and misery.

Been working really hard last 5-6 weeks and achieved a lot with the help of my ADD meds (concerta, basically ritalin). However I noticed that week ago I reached full blown burnout. I feel mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted. I already signed up for a metting at doctor's to come up with a plan how to fix this asap so I could get back in my flow. My question is how do you guys combat adrenal fatigue and recover from it?
