Well, that's what I do.

I'm backend developper. The front end I'll do as fast as possible ignoring everything just that it match asked design.

(I will check other parts to be sure I didn't break something)

But fuck, if you ask a back end dev to do frontend because "front end doesn't have time", that what you get. And fuck it. CSS is not worth my time.
