It sucks, but chalk it up to experience and be glad it was 3 weeks. I've seen that happen on projects where team members have burned the midnight oil for *years* only to have the project cancelled one day.

vomitmachine62932dSometimes projects get dropped. Happened earlier in the year for myself as well. Best thing is to not get attached to your code.

But have you ever experienced you're working fucking hard on a project in your company for 3 weeks and suddenly they drop the idea for a new feature implementation ?
Trust me it feels so much fucking demotivated .
