Yes, converting Github account into an organisation is a good idea. Today couldn't have end up any better.

@shivayl Many deployments just stopped working because Github for orgs doesn't support global deployment keys (well, they actually do but only in expensive tiers). Since we were using them a lot and you can't add the same deployment key to more than one repository, it sucked. I solved it by adding the keys to my account for now.

LOL. This must be planned from the day one of making repository transposed to company's employees. Ah, corporate collaboration IP is so delusional.
