Programming is stressful. I feel like I'm 50 years old already with white hairs. What non technical job have high salary but lesser stress?

Depends on what you've called "stress". Some non-technical jobs may offer a bigger salary, but some employee said that lack of challenge is their "stress", or handling paperwork is their "stress". Even a party organizer job has its own stressful condition.

And now imagine you had to do a real job with real work - at much worse pay.
