Some random blogs/sites piggybacking StackOverflow, copying content from there and posting it as their own... I don't know about you, I think this is a super shitty thing to do. Sure, it gets obvious at one point and you just stop clicking on search results like that, but it would've been nice if SEO could work against that so search engines discourage and/or penalise it.
