How to relax when you need to do so much context switching, many meetings and then your own work?
My breaks are not enough for recharging me.

those are meeting days. the context switch cost-benefit analysis is above my pay grade

So much context switching and still being able to coding is a unique skill. I've met just one person (my old teamlead) who could do this. Just call it a day and work tomorrow. If this keeps happening, talk about it with your manager or teamlead. If they still want you to attend 5 meetings daily and still complete your work, you should consider leaving that hell hole :)

@hack Actually meetings are distributed too, I mean 2 meetings in the day and even one meeting in the night, it ruins the whole day.
I have put a week off for the last week of December. I have been giving interviews anyway
