My number of issues resolved per sprint dropped since I have been switched to a new project and I feel it's gonna bite me in my arse

    Just open "non issues", and then "fix" them really fast.
    Using dumb metrics can be a real pain. here is an example:

    Qa dude decided that a KPI will be "how many bugs are found by users". But he used percent, instead of absolute amount. So - 3% of bugs found by users. He then proceeded to open 200 non bugs. So - the users could now find 6 bugs... If users find 8 bugs? no problem - just open 100 more non bugs.
