I hate that unionization in our field is so pathetic. Sure, now we're still enjoying the benefits of being the aristocracy of labor with comfy positions, but that can change any moment and soon it will, with all the big companies firing now the massive numbers - and not having the solidarity now will render us all defenseless then.
