I will like to demotion myself to fresher, bec freshers are getting paid more then my position? Like how? Why?

They want you to go somewhere else in search for more pay, so you don't block a valuable position that they could fill with an un-skilled dev to train up.

They basically operate a charity where they train devs for other companies without having that other companies pay for it.
