Thoughts on the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL

- No headphone jack :(

Other than that pretty cool phone though

Pretty embarrassing since they teased iPhone 7 not having a headphone jack last year , all in all I like how they implementing AI in all their devices

Pretty disappointed with it. Reading a breakdown of it on "the verge" and all i'm seeing is

"and like Apple, they have ..."
"and like Samsung, they have..."

They've done a bunch of stuff people made fun of when Apple did it. No headphone jack, AR/VR stickers / emoji's etc.

One of them is made by HTC that i've had horrific trouble with in the past (made me go to iPhone).

Doesn't sound like they've addressed some of the major Android issues (in my opinion), like how poor the CPU's are stacking up in benchmarks with apple's A line.

Overall no WOW moment for me

No headphone jack, so that's another phone I will never purchase.
