I have mixed feelings about job hunting. I love the thrill of the chase and securing interviews but I'm so tired of proving myself over and over in interviews.

Learn how to manipulate conversations towards the point in which the "interview" becomes more of a discussion concerning the culture and if you are a good fit for it.

Also, and this is me, when someone asks me for a coding assignment that does not involve actively building something as an example, meaning, they give me an algo question: I thank them for their time, but I finish the interview since I have been in the field for a long time, held roles of management and because web development is not fucking rocket science, thus I am not doing l337 code shit for an interview.

Ugh, now I need to do some FE assignment, with tests and API calls and nice ui and bla bla bla. I know how to do these but I also need to google stuff so it's gonna be pretty tedious. But the salary they're offering is good so it's worth it.
