It's not "fintech", it's "trying to get around the regulations imposed on banks by pretending you're not a bank" and it's not "insuretech", it's "scam".

That's the difference, in fintech the stack is back to back JavaScript or some .net/next stack. They don't give a fuck about security after all, the startup is supposed to disappear after five years when it scams enough investors.
