@runfrodorun Ive been running sysvinit on arch myself, it isn't oficially supported but it has a great community supporting, maintaining and helping you with it. There are a lot of things which work great on arch and get a lot of Updates but which aren't oficially supported

Edit: Just looked it up, if you're searching for "sysvinit" in Google, Arch wiki is the 3rd result! 🙂
